Price Information

50% is payable on booking with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival
The Cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure
Reservations are provisional only until receipt of deposit
The deposit will be non-refundable if the letting is cancelled later than 6 full weeks before the start of the letting. A deduction of Ł50 will be made for earlier cancellations, prior to return of remainder of deposit
Insurance is not provided and we recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
Visitors' personal effects are at all times their own responsibility.
Visitors will be responsible for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear and tear

I am very flexible when it comes to the duration of your holiday, please contact me and I will do my best to meet your requirements. Low season is normally October till June excluding the school and bank holidays.
